On behalf of all residents, the Board of Directors of the Kingsbrooke Homeowners Association (KHOA) welcomes you as new property owners! We are pleased that you have chosen Kingsbrooke and look forward to becoming acquainted with you.

- These Covenants are an important tool designed to maintain the quality and integrity of our community on an ongoing basis, for all property owners. The Covenants govern such areas as requirements prior to and following construction, PET CONTROL, property use, property maintenance,fencing and signing on property.

- Our By-Laws dictate the manner in which day-to-day business is conducted by the Board of Directors.

Please be advised that our homeowner’s dues are mailed out in December. Any homeowner who has not paid his/her dues by January 31st will accrue finance charges, so be sure to plan ahead!
You can also request an alphabetical directory of property owners. This directory is confidential and for personal use only. It is not to be copied or distributed for any other use. Please send a request using the Contact Us link on the website.
